WORKING MODE
The driver can work in two working modes, Hall and Hall, during the driver power-on, the driver detects the Hall signal, if the Hall signal is not connected, or the Hall signal is faulty, the driver will work in the Hall no mode of operation. Otherwise, the drive works in Hall mode of operation.
When the driver is enabled, when the control signal is greater than the starting duty cycle (configured through the serial port), the driver starts to start, and when the control signal is lower than the starting duty cycle, the driver is in standby mode and the motor stops.
There are a total of 6 combination sequences for Hall signals HU, HV, and HW, and one of them is the correct phase sequence. The correct phase sequence satisfies the following conditions: (1)the forward and reverse rotational speed and power are approximately equal, and (2)the output power and current are normal during the gradual increase of the command to the maximum. Note: During the testing of the phase sequence, the power supply needs to have a current limit measure to avoid accidents.
This driver supports Hall phase sequence self-learning Xi function, connect the power cable, Hall signal and control signal, serial port sends AA 01 1E 01 00 00 00 CC instructions, the driver performs Hall phase sequence self-learning Xi, LED flashes 13 times and turns off for 2 seconds to indicate that the learning Xi is completed, and the control instruction is zero, and it can work normally.
In Hall-free mode, the phase lines of the U, V, and W motors can be connected arbitrarily, and two of the phases can be exchanged arbitrarily, and the motor can be reversed, and the external F/R signal can also make the motor reverse. In Hall-free mode, the F/R signal can be configured via the serial port to take effect immediately or when the motor is stopped.
